I graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2005 and I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor.
I began practicing in Eastern Ontario before moving my practice to Grande Prairie, Alberta, in in 2014.
In 2019, I gained my license to practice in British Columbia where I also practice part-time in Dawson Creek.
I believe in a personalized approach to healthcare, taking the time to listen to your concerns and develop a customized treatment plan that meets your unique needs. I work with you every step of the way to help you achieve your health goals.
My areas of special interest include Oncology support, proper diagnosis and treatment of chronic infections such as Lyme disease, mold toxicity and genetic assessment and support.
My name is Cora Saastad, I am one of the administrative assistants, and part time Massage Therapist for Triskel Health. I have been passionate about Massage Therapy since I was young. I graduated as a Massage Therapist, in 2019. Since then, I have completed certifications in Sports Massage, Stretching and Strengthening and Rieke level 2. I plan on adding cupping and taping to my practice soon.
My interest in whole body health and wellness has grown overtime. It has given me perspectives as to how systems of the body work together. I am thankful for the opportunity to work in a setting with a diverse group of practitioners and be able to help each other grow. In return, being able to treat our clients based upon their own unique and individual needs.
I’m Rebecca Longson, one of the administrative assistants as well as
a dedicated Holistic Nutritional Practitioner. I am passionate about empowering individuals to achieve optimal wellness through personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies. I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN), where I gained comprehensive knowledge in holistic health approaches.
In my practice, I focus on assessing each person as a whole—addressing diet, lifestyle, and supplement needs to create tailored recommendations that foster overall well-being. My services include one-on-one consultations and customized meal plans designed to meet your unique health goals.
Recently, I’ve delved into the exciting field of Nutrigenomics, and I’m thrilled to collaborate with Dr. Anouk on an 8-week Personalized Genetic Wellness Program. This advanced program integrates genetic insights to tailor nutritional strategies specifically for you.
My journey into holistic nutrition began with my own personal health challenges, which ignited my passion for the profound benefits of a well-balanced diet.
Born and raised in Grande Prairie, I have always had a deep connection to wellness and a desire to help others achieve balance in their lives. In 2007, I became a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), completing my education at the Canadian College of Wellness and the Prairie Training Institute. This journey led me to establish Rebalance Within, a sanctuary where therapeutic massage and bodywork support holistic well-being.
At Rebalance Within, I am dedicated to offering personalized treatments that promote relaxation, relieve stress, and restore harmony. My passion lies in helping clients experience the profound benefits of massage therapy, ensuring each session is both restorative and rejuvenating. I look forward to guiding you on a path to healing and tranquility for your mind, body, and spirit.
Born and raised in Grovedale, Alberta, my journey with healing body work began with Massage Therapy and Reflexology in 2003. I found my real passion in Craniosacral Therapy in 2008 and have since added a special interest in the Immune System and Longevity and Youthful Aging.
My lifelong love for art, dance and music has also led me to a certification in Core Connexion Transformational Arts and Ekstasis Dance, adding an understanding of somatic movement to my practice. I am working towards adding Manual Osteopathy to my toolbox in the future.
Using a gentle, intuitive touch I enjoy empowering my clients to understand what their body is trying to tell them in order to heal. Using my 20 plus years of experience & training, well developed intuition and an understanding of how things are connected I help guide people to a state where deeper healing can begin.
